With fifty shades of gray coming out on Valentine's Day, adult stores are looking forward to a surge in interest from sexy consumers depicted on Curiosity discovery screens.

She believes that the book has played a bigger role in opening people's minds to explore sex.
"Then, it caused people to go into stores like us. . .
I want to buy a blindfold and see what it looks like.
"For 13 years since she has the art of love, the stigma of sex, sex toys and sex goods stores has slowly diminished," Zyla said . ".
"It's great because I think it's moving in the direction of being healthier, open, accepting and tolerating the choices of others --
I think this is a healthy direction.
"It still has a long way to go, but I'm glad to see it moving in a more open direction.
George giaris, owner and president of Toronto Northbound Leather, noted that Fifty Shades was not the first mainstream film of its kind, referring to the 1995 export of Eden and the acclaimed 2002 film Secretary, the film also explores BDSM (
Slavery, domination, submission, masochism).

"They're trying to teach newcomers to focus on what they want to experience, rather than focusing on getting specific items, he says.
