1.Q:Are you a manufacturer or wholesale company?

A: We have our own factory which is just focus on our own brand, we do wholesale business only, our mission is to provide luxurious sex products and great service to sex toy dealers all over the world.

2.Q:Do you charge sample fee?

A: Yes, we do. but sample fee will refund to your next order.

3.Q:How long does it take to ship out the sample?

A: Generally speaking within 15 days.

4.Q:Which methods of payment can be acceptable to you.

A: We usually accept Western Union, PayPal and TT (30% in advance and 70% before shipment).

5.Q:Can you provide us with CE&RoHS certification?

A: Yes, we can ,most of our current products with CE&RoHS certification, meanwhile assist you to do the certificate verification for others.

6.Q:Is the material safety to health?

A: Yes, it is. the material of product is food grade and non-toxic, free-phthalate, odorless.

7.Q:What is you lead time?

A: 3-5 days for product in stock, 15-20 days for bulk orders.

8.Q:What payment term your offer?

A: We accept TT, Western Union, Money gram, PayPal, assurance, etc.

9.Q:What about your after-sale service?

A: We provide 12 months quality warranty, if there are any defective product, free new one will be offered in the next shipment or next order.

10.Q:Shipping Note?

A:There may be additional duties, fees or taxes raised by the authorities in your country. You will need to take care of them yourself when receiving the shipment.

11.Q:The voucher is not in my currency, what will I receive?

A:You will receive a voucher with the equivalent of the dollar amount in your currency.

13.Q:Is it safe to use a silicone-based lubricant with my KissToy product?

A:KISS TOY recommends that you not use a silicone-based lubricant with your KISS TOY product, as this could make the silicone permanently tacky. A water-based lubricant is the safest option. If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch-test first. You should also never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants.

14.Q:Can I use my KissToy product in the shower?

A:All products currently sold on KissToy.com are waterproof to 1 m. Some earlier, non-waterproof KISS TOY products are still available for purchase in store, so if your product was not purchased on KISSTOY.COM, please refer to its packaging or contact Customer Care.

15.Q:What is the difference between a vibrator and a dildo?

A:While the shape is similar, a vibrator is battery-powered and vibrates, while a dildo has no battery and does not vibrate.
