Alabama's 'Sell a Vibrator, Go to Jail' Law Is Challenged - sex toys for sale

On Wednesday, a group of women brought Alabama to court for a state law banning the sale of vibrators and other sex toys.
The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against the United States. S.
District court representative Sherri Williams and other women who claim that their right to privacy has been violated.
"If you get caught selling vibrators, a fine of $10,000 for a year of hard work," Williams said . " Williams runs two "romantic boutiques" in Alabama ".
Last year, the Alabama state legislature declared strip clubs illegal and added the language to ban the sale of sexually enhanced items, including vibrators and certain types of condoms.
"They started to phase out strip clubs, but they sneaked into sex toys along the way," Williams said . ".
"Not only did they deprive you of your entertainment, but they also deprived you of your right to entertain yourself after the entertainment was over.
