Asda will become the first supermarket to store sex toys after it reached an agreement with Durex on its vibrator and lubricant range.
Previously, Superdrug decided to stock the toys.
The supermarket chain has promised that the products will be placed on a high shelf and accessible to children.
Catherine Gault, marketing manager at Durex, said the decision "definitely shows that as a country we are becoming more comfortable with sex ".
