Two Texas undercover drug officers posing as a dysfunctional couple have coordinated the sting.
Joanne Webb, a former teacher and a member of the Burleson Chamber of Commerce in northeast Texas, fell in love with it as they planned.
After changing the money, she provided the "couple" with prohibited items.

She will face one year in prison and a fine of $4,000 (3,243.
These goods are not drugs, guns, or even pornography.
The couple bought a vibrating porn toy.
According to MS Weber, it is a kind of marriage aid.
The deal violates the obscene laws of Cleburne, a town 50 miles southwest of Dallas.
She was arrested by Operation G. Sting.

The San Francisco-based fashion group called the Passion Party even shocked Texans, many of whom thought their drug officers had spent time trying to catch drug dealers.
MS Webb, who has been married for 20 years and has three children, said: "It's ridiculous to think that the government can walk into our bedroom.
I'm not doing anything obscene.
What is annoying is that the government is taking action on what we do in the bedroom.
"Her lawyer at Fort Worth, BeAnn Sisemore, will argue in court that Texas law banning sex toys for sale violates the right to privacy in sexual relations given by the US Constitution.
MS Weber is one of the 3,000 passion party consultants set up for women who feel uncomfortable buying pornographic toys from the store.
If she, like a Texas sex store, promoted her merchandise as a novelty, she wouldn't break the law.
She still disagrees with the right to sell the vibrator.
"These are marriage aids and I want to help couples stay together," she said . ".
"There is indeed a problem with the drugs in our school, and they use our drug officers to cheat me on selling vibrators.
"In Texas, sex toys sold are considered a Class A misdemeanor and will be sentenced to one year in prison and a fine of $4,000.
MS Webb was released last week on a $1,500 bail and will face court charges this week.
