A video shows a teenage girl being forced into a painful split while asking the coach and teammates to stop.
Ally Wakefield, from Denver, Colorado, was one of eight cheerleaders attending the East High School "cheerleading camp" in June, and they were photographed by Filo's teammates lifting their arms while coaching, ozel Williams pushed on her shoulder and forced her leg to crack.

Denver police later launched an investigation into the incident.
Tom Boasberg, principal of public schools in Denver, issued a statement in which he said: "Earlier today, I realized that an exercise was used in cheerleading practice at Eastern High School this summer.
"We immediately started to take steps to investigate the issue and our security department is supporting this effort by the Denver police.
"I want to reiterate our commitment to the safety of our students in no uncertain terms.
We absolutely prohibit any practices that endanger the physical and mental health of students.
"We do not allow and will not allow students to be forced to carry out any situation beyond their expressed desire to stop or exercise.
