Host: Tonight, 12-year-old African-
American boy with an air gun
Unidentified male: There is a man here with a pistol that may be fake, but it's like pointing to everyone.
A few minutes later, he was shot dead by a white police officer.
Is this a race problem?
Our group said yes and no.
In addition, Bill Cosby broke his silence and finally decided to speak his voice.
Let's start. (END VIDEO CLIP)(MUSIC)
Pinsky: Good evening.
My colleague and I are here.
Host Samantha scheccher, we want to know why tonight. year-
The old boy with a toy gun died in the hands of the police.
Look at this. (

Samaritan Rice, the mother of Tamir Rice: Tamir is a smart child.
His future is full of hope.
Pinsky: their son was shot with a toy gun in a public park.
Unidentified male: These guys are in and out all the time.
It may be fake, but do you know?
What he cares about is-out of people.
Pinsky: But the fake part seems to be excluded from the police's communication with the responding personnel.
Rice: two little boys came to my door and said the police had just shot your son and hit him in the stomach twice.
PINSKY: The tragedy was filmed in a security camera video in the park that shows 12-year-
On a snowy day, he played alone, pointed to the gun, and then a police car accelerated at the foot of the rice.
Within seconds, two police officers jumped out and the person closest to Rice shot and hit him at least once.
He died the next day.
Martin's mother: this minor-
These are the little things they are doing and should not bring life to them.
Rice: I'm actually seeking a conviction. (END VIDEO CLIP)
Pinsky: We did some investigation into the officer's past behavior.
Sam, what did you find?
Hln co-
Host: Well, he resigned from a smaller police station.
Drew, on 2012, filed a report at his superiors saying he was, well, "distracted and crying.
Immature feelings
Not mature, not cautious.
I see. You mean he --
This material, can this police station get the report?
SCHACHER: Let me just say, yes. OK.
So there are two other questions.
"The danger of losing calm in on-site training and the inability to manage personal stress.
"So the answer to your question is, yes, Cleveland ---
The police department said they investigated his past and the detective asked if there was any disciplinary action by other smaller police departments.
They said no, but the Cleveland Police Department never looked into his personnel files, and the report would have been there.
Pinsky: but they can do that, and they can ---
Because sometimes
I'm sure they do.
Pinsky: because sometimes-
Sometimes there are employment laws that really don't make you find anything.
I know. PINSKY:. which is. (CROSSTALK)
SCHACHER: I mean, you should have access to all the police if you're going to hire a cop.
Pinsky: of course.
Join us, Karamo Brown, host of Oprah # OwnShow.
Vanessa Barnett, HipHollywod.
Your dear father, Larry Elde, radio commentator for your dear son.
So, is the officer shooting Tamir Rice because of the race of the child with the gun, or is it because of the incompetent officer, bad police work?
What do you say, Larry?
Radio commentator Larry Elder: I don't think we know enough.
As long as you watch the video, you can't tell whether the child is 12 years old or that the gun is a toy gun. When you --
I 've been to scouts and when I was the kid I shot BB guns and real guns.
The first thing they tell you is not to point to anyone.
So we don't know enough.
I don't know if the police are using the right strategy.
The investigation is still under way.
I think it's too early to know.
Vanessa, is that simple for you?
Vanessa Barnett, social commentator: No.
I think the police work is too bad.
They showed up. they shot the little boy in two minutes. -
Less than two seconds at the scene.
Not only were they negligent, they were too lazy to even say that it might have been a fake gun --
In the proposal, this information has never been mentioned, and this boy has never been mentioned at the age of 12years-
Old, they will show up in the game. -
It even assessed the death of the young man and the shooting.
No, no, "Oh, we have no facts.
That's the truth. they--
The police work is terrible.
PINSKY: Karamo, if we start keeping the police in a higher bar, I think Larry might suggest, would we make it harder for them to fight crime?
I asked Larry to comment after you.
Karamo brown, host of # OWNSHOW: I don't believe it.
I think the police should be held in a higher bar.
But surprisingly, Vanessa and Larry and I are actually in the middle because now, there's a lot going on here.
Larry has been bothering me with a problem.
Of course, this young man shouldn't die, but if you have a toy gun, why don't his parents talk and you don't point to anyone.
This is Parenting 101.
It is their responsibility to make sure he knows the information.
This will make people think they are in fear.
But again, these police officers clearly have the wrong intentions.
Their purpose is not to spread the situation, but to shoot and kill people.
That's what he did.
We know now, and we hear his background.
So that's one of the things that we have to have a deeper conversation here, because it's really what's going on.
Pinsky: Larry, is it time to understand the facts?
I think we need more time to understand the facts.
Perhaps the official's record is related to his judgment.
I just don't know enough about it.
Pinsky: Okay.
Elder: But your opinion on the rise of crime is correct.
Before they went, there were more than 2000 murders in New York.
Called active policing.
There are now nearly 300 killings, fewer than the smaller city of Chicago.
This is huge. because of this security, many black people are still alive today.
Some women were walking around without being raped, some men were walking around without being robbed, and some businesses were operating without being stolen.
Pinsky: To be fair-
To be fair, I'm a colleague.
Choose your points.
So, this is your point. -
That was the case here the other day, so that's where I stole things.
You mean you don't agree? (CROSSTALK)
Pinsky: I threw it away as a debate. I don`t know. I really --
I'm worried, you know, yes, though we may have gone a little too far.
You want my personal opinion.
If the police become passive, the crime will rise.
It happened in Cincinnati. . . BARNETT:No. No, but. ELDER:.
Yelling at several black men who were shot by police.
The police didn't say, "Okay, we're on the phone at 911.
Crime has risen and we will not take the initiative.
Pinsky: OK, Vanessa.
Only a few blacks were shot.
Look, injustice is unfair, small or large.
No one asked the police to remain passive.
What I'm asking is the police to do their job effectively, not to show up on site, not to assess the situation, shoot 12-at you-year-old. (CROSSTALK)
Pinsky: Guys, wait.
Let me show you a video.
Larry, wait a minute. sorry.
I would like to show you a video of what happened before the police car arrived because Vanessa raised the issue. Again, what --and this is --
This video is why the neighbor called 911. (

Women of unknown identity:
What happened before? -
Before the actual event
Tamir Rice was there with a gun and someone walked past--
We have blurred them for legal reasons.
But in (INAUDIBLE)
Fear is facing.
Unidentified male: Well, yes, I saw it before she was blurry.
This man is afraid.
The call to the dispatcher said the guy with the pistol.
So, when the police approached, they thought there was a man with a pistol with no orange color on it.
In this half second he reached out to his belt and apparently pulled out his gun. So.
Man: That's not the case.
UNIDENTIFIED MALEa 12-year-
Old people shoot as easily as adults. (END VIDEO CLIP)PINSKY:Vanessa?
As Karamo said, I do agree that parenting is important here.
You have to teach your child that you will not point to anyone with a fake gun, but I would also like to make the point that the mother did not buy the gun for the little boy.
This was given to him by a family friend.
She had no idea he had.
Secondly, the person who called the police was actually sitting in the pavilion. he was not afraid of his life. He did not get up and leave.
He sat there and watched it all over.
So, if he had a judgment, you know, "what's going on here, but maybe it's fake.
"He looks like a little boy.
If he has the insight to do so, that's all the requests I put to the police and the dispatch department.
Larry, what do you want to say? Go ahead.
Elder: maybe this guy didn't move because he thought if--
If the child sees him, he will shoot.
You don't know why he's not moving.
The important thing is that in Cleveland I just live in Ohio and there is a law that requires a small sticker at the end of the toy gun, an orange sticker. It's not there.
It has been removed.
Police think this is another reason for a real gun.
Brown: Well, Larry, we have to disagree with you because no one can respond.
This shows the intention of the official.
Because you can't react in a second and see that there is no orange sticker.
The police have a negative intention here.
He did not go there to disarm.
He went there and shot and killed.
That's why this is the case, because young people are. (CROSSTALK)ELDER:.
People on the video will mention this.
Pinsky: Okay. SCHACHER:Gosh. Wow.
I mean, police. -
Cleveland police department for a long time.
History of excessive force.
So, I think it's just a very bad situation where that officer shouldn't be in that department.
Pinsky: Well, it would be nice if it wasn't because we had another story.
A black man brandishing a gun at XXX.
He called Wal-Mart and was shot dead by a white official.
Again, it's a tragic mistake or something more.
Later, Bill Cosby had something to say about the charges against him.
We will investigate after this.
HLN reporter yasmin vossoughian: at this time, I am Yasmin Vossoughian, who is responsible for daily sharing.

Unidentified male: a surveillance video shows the shooting of John Crawford III in Wal-Mart, Beavercreek, including the official.
We saw John Crawford's car in the parking lot.
Just before 8: 30 that night, when he was on his cell phone, he left--
Air rifle display, pick up the gun and keep walking.
For the first time, we learned from the prosecutor that Crawford did not open the packaging of the gun.
Others did the same earlier, they said.
Unidentified male: One of them is a real gun, one is a Mr. gun
Crawford took it that day.
As you can see, it's hard to distinguish this.
Unidentified male: Then we heard the 911 call and a man described seeing Crawford loading a gun and pointing to people.
The information gave officials a reasonable belief that they were responding to the shooting. (END VIDEO CLIP)
Pinsky: back to Sam and the Bureau of conduct, Vanessa Barnett, Larry Elde and life coach Jennifer kit.
You may have seen this photo on Facebook and Twitter.
Andrew Hawkins, a player from Cleveland Brown.
He was wearing a shirt with the words "Justice of Tamir Rice and John Crawford ".
"John Crawford is the one we talked about in this particular story who was shot dead by police at Wal-Mart.
When you hear him holding an air rifle that looks like a assault rifle, he is walking around.
Now, the police believe they are dealing with the shooting they allegedly did.
Jennifer, did they respond with the right power?
Jennifer Kitt, radio host and life coach: No. I`m sorry.
I believe that in this country we have reached the open season for the game against the blacks. Dr.
Drew, how easy would it be if my 20 year old son and I were shopping at Walmartyears-
For him, pick up an open gun and maybe even (INAUDIBLE)
Sit back and see how it works.
Then all of a sudden, someone called the gunman?
We don't even have any distance to tell if anyone is just casual, because we are used to thinking that we see a black man with a gun, who is a criminal and shoots him. PINSKY:Larry?
Kit: that's where it comes from.
I don't know why I'm injecting race here.
You see a man with a gun and the police have to do what they have to do.
You know, we should take some responsibility here.
Why did that guy pick up the gun?
Kit: because I don't think they would do the same thing if the person was white. This is my point.
ELDER: according to CDC, in 2010, 140 black people were killed by police and 386 White people were killed by police.
In the same 10-
About 2000 white people have been killed by police in a year, and about 1000 black people have been killed by police.
Black people are not persecuted by the white racist police, this is the bull, it is unfair, this is racist.
I don't think so.
BARNETT: your vague facts don't seem to explain why these people were killed.
In the circumstances that we have seen, all of these people are black and have no weapons.
So you can start the fax four years ago, but now they are not associated.
The problem now is that Wal-Mart sells the gun, an open carrying state in Ohio.
When you see the young man, he doesn't play a bomb, nor does he shoot at the faces of people. -
And tried to shoot Wal-Mart.
The caller lied and later turned the story over, saying that he had never seen him point a gun at anyone.
So we have a caller who may have some racial profiling issues.
We had the police running up and didn't even realize the boy, who put down his gun and tried to run away and save his life when they caught up with him.
They shot him.
So the facts you gave us have nothing to do with the story.
Don't sell guns if you don't want people to walk around Walmart with guns. PINSKY:Larry?
I agree.
Elder: these things should be done on a case-by-case basis.
About Michael Brown, about Eric Gardner, Tamir Rice, I tried to look for race contact but I didn't see it. I can't see it. (CROSSTALK)ELDER:.
Did anything that showed they were paranoid.
Because of the white police, black suspects, racism. Not fair. That`s racist.
Kit: that's not true.
You can't judge thoughts and intentions, and that's what I think is completely missed here, and their thoughts and intentions have to do with seeing a black man with a gun.
That's why driving. -
The motivation is here.
Elder: you have the ability to enter the mind of a white police officer and say exactly what he is thinking, right?
KEITT: Well, you have the ability to get into their brains and say that's not the case?
Elder: I see the facts.
Let me see the facts.
The fact is that Michael Brown accused the officer and the fact is that he ran back and the blood showed that. The facts are. KEITT:OK.
But we're not talking about Michael Brown.
We're talking about a man shopping at Wal-Mart.
Elder: you don't want to hear the facts.
We're not talking about Michael Brown.
We're not talking about Eric. we're not talking about--
We were talking about a guy who was shopping at Wal-Mart who picked up the gun and someone called to say he was a shooter. And that. (CROSSTALK)
Just a moment, Larry. ELDER:.
These people did something that caused this to happen.
They could have changed their behavior and lived today.
All of this is a common trend. (CROSSTALK)
KEITT: Thank you.
Barnett: you can't get a gun in the store where you sell it? Hello. KEITT:Exactly.
Barnett: What's his different approach?
He never pointed a gun to anyone.
He did not point to the police.
When he was shoppingINAUDIBLE).
He happened to have the gun for sale in the store.
Now that his life is over, did you confirm that?
Do you think so?
Hey Vanessa.
Vanessa, you seem to have a very strong reaction when Larry and Jennifer go, how do you feel?
I saw almost a shutter.
Oh, I can imagine what it is.
Let's see what it is.
Barnett: you can't imagine, and I don't allow you to say anything in my mouth.
My reaction is that sometimes in a conversation like this we have different opinions and it doesn't matter.
But sometimes, when we talk to each other, our opinions are not raised, we can't express our feelings, and now, when we can have a healthy conversation, it's just more
I don't need to agree with you, but we don't need to discuss with each other and we need to respect each other.
Pinsky: Okay.
Larry, there's one thing you threw out about the white police data ---
White male death in police hands-
Not black men.
You say it's about two to one white, right?
Elder: That's right.
Pinsky: but this is not a reflection of the population.
Compared to the presence of black men in the crowd, this is an abnormal black man, OK?
Elder: that's true.
But the crime rate of black people is also very high.
PINSKY: I don't know if this data is a violent crime? ELDER:.
That's the problem, 50% of the victims.
Pinsky: well, black kills are black, right? ELDER:.
That's why the police are there.
Pinsky: So, your argument is that it reduces black crime?
Elder: My point is that active security can reduce crime in an all-round way.
If you don't want a radical policeman, well, just tell the police to answer 911 calls.
They will be more than happy to do so.
It's easier and safer.
They are more likely to return safely to their wives and children.
They are happy to do so. (CROSSTALK)
BARNETT: aggressive regulation also seems to add errors, and that's not what we want either.
Pinsky: Okay, wait, Vanessa. Go ahead, Sam. SCHACHER:OK.
So this is the case.
There are people, like Larry Elde, who are trying to look at things from a police officer's point of view, right?
There are still many people who want police reform. Now.
Elder: No, I want to look at it from a fair perspective. SCHACHER:Right.
Well, what I'm trying to say is that there are hundreds of local police stations going on a 24-hour investigation this Friday.
Hour Global tweet and hope to show people by using the short name # poltwt of police tweet, hoping that people will see every day what they have sacrificed for all of us.
Now, there will be a lot of activists pouring into the label, hoping to advocate some police reforms.
Pinsky: I 'd love to know exactly what they want in reform.
They want sensitivity training. Drew. They want --
Let me give you a few examples. (CROSSTALK)
Pinsky: I'm kind of like an inner Larry--
I know there's this--
Seems to have missed a positive story, I saw in the news all weekend, the police force, the police ---
I think we have some footage of these guys.
Cher: camera?
PINSKY: You know--
Sharing with demonstrators.
They are trying to get in touch with them. SCHACHER:Right. PINSKY:.
They want to be one of them.
They are trying to live with their community.
This is a beautiful thing. -And OK.
We missed all these stories. (CROSSTALK)
That's why I think-hold on.
That's why I think it's going to be a real-
Let me finish my point.
I think it will be a very powerful label.
A lot of people are worried because activists say they want to change police reform, it's more sensitive training, it's implemented nationwide, okay?
Change policy across the countryPINSKY:OK.
SCHACHER: it's less lethal like a rubber bullet, but if you have this label, Dr.
This is important, Drew.
Because it allows ordinary people outside to see the label, see the police, you know, point of view, because there are a lot of great police officers out there who risk their lives.
It can then be seen by activists who advocate police reform.
Pinsky: think about it on Friday. look at the label. What is it?
Look for the label on Friday.
It's called POLTWT, and maybe we can find a happy medium between the two, and we can find some solutions here.
Pinsky: Okay. I hope so.
Please those who are protesting.
Can you tell us what the goal is?
That's where I'm cloudy.
Okay, panel. thank you.
Next, Bill Cosby has something to say about the charges against him.
Tonight his wife came in and the reporter who broke the story was with me.
Later, a woman was arrested for attacking her twin sister on a sex toy and a man. Come back after this. (

CNN host mikera Pereira: Bill Cosby has heard him for the first time since a series of allegations portrayed him as a serial rapist.
An unidentified woman: Cosby says his wife Camille is strong in all of this.
Unidentified women: Camille and Bill Cosby stopped immediately (ph).
Unidentified women: more than 20 women came forward, claiming that Cosby had given them a drug and sexually assaulted them.
Unidentified Woman: I took a sip when he gave me cappuccino, and I felt like something very strange happened in my mind.
I knew he gave me medicine.
Unidentified women: there's a lot of pain-downstairs.
I have semen all over me, my pajamas fall off at the bottom and open at the top.
His lawyer said the stories were not true. (END VIDEO CLIP)
Pinsky: back to Sam, Loni Combs, lawyer, author of "You are perfect, other lies that parents tell you" Vanessa Barnett, first time joining us as a journalist, activistWelcome to Ashlan.
Thank you for joining us.
Ashland: Thank you.
PINKSY: nearly 20 women accused Bill Cosby of giving them medicine and then sexually assaulted them.
Cosby remained silent until Friday when he spoke to Stacey Brown.
Stacy is a reporter from a Washington informant.
Stacy is on the phone with me now.
Stacey, everyone in the world wants to talk to this person, how did you get an interview?
Washington correspondent Stacey Brownvia telephone)
: Oh drew, I said, we just called him and he answered the phone and I was shocked and shocked. SCHACHER:Wow.
Pinsky: his lawyer issued a statement today claiming that you did not say that you were interviewing Cosby for any "publication.
I'm a little confused, Stacey, is there anything that is not recorded?
Stacy brown: Well, you know, anyone who told me the record, I respect being a journalist.
Bill Cosby never said it.
I understand his concern about me. ph)
A year and a half ago, when I wrote a story about him for the New York Post, I went through the same thing with him.
Several people on the team have allowed us to use it on the New York Post, and in fact, the New York Post really abstained (ph)
Because they ask to come back to him, or go back to these people, to make sure he can get the post to use the story.
So this time, it's such a short conversation.
I can't ask him at the end if I can (INAUDIBLE)
The New York Post
But Stacey, let me interrupt you. -
I will interrupt you. -
We have a reporter here, Ashlan.
Ashlan, I want to ask you, you know, Stacy is a very nice person.
I'm used to it. once he starts talking, it's--
You're talking, that's it.
It's all on the record these days, isn't it?
Ashland Gors Cousteau, journalist and advocate: this is true.
I like Marty Singh, and Bill Cosby's lawyer actually came and said it was Stacey's fault and he's not a good journalist to say it.
But I'll tell you, news 101, it's not recorded either if it's not recorded.
Pinsky: but I'm not sure ---
Is there anything recorded in this era? It seems --
I think every time I talk to a reporter, I understand that everything is like this. COUSTEAU:Well --
I agree with that.
But it's also a matter of personal relationships.
If you really have a personal grudge
Pinsky: Well, that's old--
But it's also an old school like protecting each other, and those days have passed. Those are gone. (CROSSTALK)
I mean, my friend. -
You know, my friends are journalists too, and I'm not going to tell them the secrets I want.
Woman: Yes, Cousteau: I don't know. They are my friends.
I know it will go out if you talk to someone. PINSKY:Yes. That`s right.
It was a day of exchange and Sam was no longer there. SCHACHER:Right.
You just assume that whatever you tell them, it will be printed out or it will be transmitted by a virus. PINSKY:And --so what?
So you're telling the truth.
This is the case. SCHACHER:Right.
I have a question, Stacey.
When you're on the phone with Bill Cosby, what's his demeanor like?
Does he seem to want to fix the problem and talk about it?
Does he look depressed?
Does he look happy?
Stacey Brown: He's not upset.
To be honest, I was shocked because someone stressed when he answered the phone ---
Before I said my last name, he said, "Oh, I remember you. I know you. "And he was --
He did not seem to have been delayed at all. He seems --
I want to say that I am almost happy to talk to someone. I came (INAUDIBLE)
From the discussion with him, there was a man who really wanted to tell his story. SCHACHER:Wow.
Do you think he's going, Stacy?
Stacey Brown: I think they are getting closer and closer. I think --
Very close--
Two weeks ago, said (INAUDIBLE)send me e-
We will do it with you. And then --(INAUDIBLE)being happened.
All press conferences, legal proceedings, the Los Angeles Police Department (ph)
The investigation happened and they retreated.
Pisky: Now, it's reported that Cosby has given you a statement, Stacey.
It said, "Let me say that.
I only want black media to stick to the excellence standards of journalism and you have to be neutral when you do.
"Vanessa, what did he want to say at the end.
I think we're out, doctor. Drew. PINSKY:I`m out.
We're out. I'm out.
But Vanessa, help me understand what he means.
Bill Cosby is 77 years old. He is old.
To be honest, I just think he's trying to say, usually--
Several of the stories we reported here saw this. -
Usually you think your community will give you more space.
Pinsky: but this is another exchange.
Barnett: more protection for you.
Yes, something to protect.
Why do people feel protected when everyone can use social media?
Barnett: I would surprise you by saying that, but, at the end of the day, you should be just if you were a journalist.
You should be neutral.
He was not charged with any crime or convicted.
So maybe that's what he said, like, you don't know the two sides of the story.
Okay, Loni.
You know, doctor.
I want to ask Stacy this question.
Because when I heard this question, I thought why did he interject on this topic?
No one really talks about this on race.
But, Stacy, I know when you talk to him, you say in the first place that I want to tell your story to Africans
American Community
Did you mention the race issue and he followed it up with this sentence?
Stacey: Yes. (INAUDIBLE)
As we all know, Bill Cosby did not find me and I found him.
He knows I wrote it for the black press.
So I think people read this statement too much.
He is talking to a black journalist.
I think if he spoke to a white journalist, he might say the same in a different way.
I think it's just a bit out of proportion.
I don't think he's asking for help.
Pinsky: Stacey, did you take away any surprises, anything you think you learned?
Are people eager to draw conclusions?
Do you have different ideas?
Stacey Brown: Let me tell you one thing, you're a doctor. -
I think this guy is totally innocent or totally crazy.
Because nothing seems to affect him.
This is my opinion.
Pinsky: So it's an extreme.
Either he's not--
Either he didn't do anything wrong or he couldn't see what he did wrong.
It's hard to imagine that nothing happened to all the reports. (CROSSTALK)
Cousteau: It happened before.
What do you mean, Ashlan?
Cousteau: You know, this is not the first time people have accused him of sexual abuse and drug abuse.
So we have to remember that.
Sam, Camille Cosby made a statement today. Is that right? SCHACHER:Yes.
And, kid, she's the man who insists on her, doctor. Drew.
So she said she still loves him.
Many plaintiffs, she said, appear to have been given a free pass by the media.
Quoting her, this is part of her statement, "he is a great husband, father and friend.
Over the past two months, the media have reported a different person.
None of us would want to attack the victim, but this question should be asked ---
Who is the victim?
"Pinsky: Ashland, is the media hurting Bill Cosby?
Cousteau: No, I don't think so at all.
Pinsky: very simple.
Let's do a small survey here.
Vanessa, are we hurting this poor man?
Barnett: not the victim but he didn't tell his team and I would love to hear about his team.
Well, we welcome him. Loni?
I don't think so. And, Dr.
Drew, with respect to Camille Cosby's statement, I find it very interesting that not only is she standing by her man, we look forward to it, but she actually focuses her attention on the victim, very cleverly presented in the "Rolling Stones" article, they talked about the alleged rape of the University of Virginia, and how the situation turned around, and the credibility issues there.
We need to start investigating victims, she said.
She was able to take it out.
That made Ashland very angry.
I can't believe she will.
I mean, it would be great if Camille wanted to stand with her husband.
This is her husband and she should do what she thinks she needs to do.
But compare it to the "rolling stone" crash of UVA, which I think is very reckless.
Because it is completely different;
It's apples and oranges.
Pin, thank you so much for coming to us today and sharing this story.
Really charming.
Next, we will discuss what might motivate, and what would motivate someone to want to have sex with someone who is asleep if any of these allegations are true.
A pedophile, a person caused by a person sleeping or unconscious.
We will discuss it.
Later, a twin sister, a vibrator, a boyfriend, played a fight. That`s right. After this. (

Cosby plaintiff Beth Ferrier: I believe
Cosby gave me medicine and sexually assaulted me that night.
Unidentified woman: Beth Ferrier claims she was under anesthesia and beaten by Cosby in her 80 s.
Ferrier: I'm suffering from violent crime.
I have been silent since 2006.
I'm on set with him.
I was there when he interviewed Raven Simon.
Lisa Bonet and I were there.
I was there with Felicia Rashad.
I understand the whole set.
I know the whole scam.
I know the whole deal.
I want you to know that I'm not going to be ashamed anymore.
Camille and Bill Cosby stopped right here and stopped right away! (END VIDEO CLIP)
Pinsky: come back with Sam, Judy, camo and Jennifer.
One of the plaintiffs of Cosby said very powerful words.
She claimed that he gave her a drug and sexually assaulted her in 1984.
Cosby reportedly administered medicine to these alleged victims, and someone was wondering if she had a so-called pedophile if he was a pedophile.
Sam, what is Somali?
Oh, I like the question you asked me.
Doctor, I have to Google it. Drew. I Googled it. (CROSSTALK)
Well, I'm going to read this definition.
Therefore, sleep refers to the person who has sex with a person who is asleep or unconscious.
Scholars who created the term pedophile describe it as a sexual pedophile.
Very interesting.
Yes, it's like a paraphrasing. -
Karomo, you're a little smirk on this, but I 've talked to a lot of people who do that.
Usually they get consent, usually with a stable partner. It`s not rape.
But if someone feels uncomfortable about it, or someone is under anesthesia to this state, this is a very different phenomenon in pedophile.
Have you heard of this?
Brown: I haven't heard of it. I'm sad. I 've even heard of it now.
People are so abnormal and crazy to me.
I just can't imagine.
Pinsky: Wait, I want Ray pace in before you say anything too picky.
He's on the phone.
He agrees with the syndrome.
Ray, you said your former girlfriend did agree. -
This is what you like.
Tell us how you got into the field, where you first realized it.
We have many problems.
Speed of light, SOMNOPHILIAC (via telephone)
: When I first became sexually active, I realized this for the first time.
You know, I actually-
It's funny because I'm losing sleep. So if I --
Pinsky: So it's sleep envy. (CROSSTALK)
Pace: If I had a girlfriend or something, we slept in the same bed together, she fell asleep, I woke up and I couldn't sleep.
So I might be messing around and doing something and I'm starting to realize, hey, I really like this one.
You know, the first time I found out, you know, I might like this, you know, I didn't do anything, you know, too serious.
You know, just, you know, just touch, things like that.
After that, you know-
Let me ask you a very difficult question. -
Have you ever thought about drug people and having sex with them? PACE:I`m sorry?
Pinsky: Have you had any illusions? -
I'm not saying you did this. -
But have you ever fantasized about drug someone and then having sex with them?
Actually, no. Because I have-
I did it with about three or four women, and you know, 100% agreed.
So I never really thought about the need to give someone drugs or force this in this way.
Pinsky: Ray, when you hear the charge against Bill Cosby, do you think of this syndrome?
Oh, of course.
Because, you know, Bill Cosby-
He has been a very big star for a long time.
Longer than I have been here;
I'm 25 years old.
He is the star of the post-80 s.
I believe he can get a lot of women, almost any woman he wants.
Pinsky: So the fact that you said he had such an opportunity explains why he would do the same to those who agreed with him.
I asked you this. -
Someone called you. -
How would you defend yourself if someone called you a rapist?
Pace: I will defend myself. -
In fact, I have received such allegations against me.
One thing I tell people is that this fetish is not at all based on your partner not agreeing. In fact --
Pinsky: this is not a control problem.
Xia che: Ray did not give medicine.
Ray got his consent.
But Ray, can you climax when you have traditional, traditional sex? Or only when you have--was it called?
I want to call it Somo. -(INAUDIBLE). (LAUGHTER)
Okay, pedophile.
Is this the only time you can reach your climax?
This is actually the case.
The traditional sexual intercourse actually does not allow me to reach the climax.
So for this reason, you know, I'm trying to explain this to women if the relationship gets serious.
Pinsky: Ray, I'm going to lift it up.
You helped me a lot.
There are many questions about this.
I wouldn't be surprised if we had to bring him back.
SCHACHER: to ask him a bunch of questions, I 'd love to see an after-school show.
Pinsky: Well, maybe he can stay after the show.
I might have the producer on the phone with him.
It was fun to watch the group members.
I found Karomo with an incredible look and I let Judy go
Well, paraphilia, can only work properly with this particular concern. Right, Judy?
He: That's right.
When I think of this particular tendency towards pedophile, I think of the fact that people sometimes have these performance evaluation issues with sex.
Like, they don't want to be judged, they feel more comfortable when they are not judged.
I can see that this person may really like to have sex with unconscious people because that way they are not judged and they are really free to be themselves.
PINSKY: there is a version.
Jennifer, you said no. And this --I saw a pre-
Interviewed Ray before.
He said he was not even interested in the sex of these women.
He wanted to express how excited he was with them and wanted to kiss them all night and let them know that he would be very excited when they woke up and they were with him.
It sounds more gentle than sex. KEITT:I --I --
I'm like a cricket here.
This is brand new to me. Brand new.
This story makes me sad.
For the upcoming women, I'm really sad for Bill Cosby.
But I think my problem is-
Even with his wife, wouldn't he?
The problem is big. We don`t know.
Kit: they 've been married for so many years. didn't we hear anything?
If she was unconscious, wouldn't we hear it?
I mean, I don't know.
Brown: To be honest, I just feel like, for Bill Cosby, if we're going to come back to this question, because the other person's sleeping with people while they're asleep is a big surprise to me.
But for him, I just looked at him and he had a narcissistic personality.
I mean mix it with money and power and that's all that happens here.
I mean, he's lazy and mean.
It's just the truth of it.
Pinsky: Guys, Vanessa is sitting in another room tweeting.
You know.
She wants to know if pedophile can be cured.
I don't know. Judy, did you agree?
She asked if it was a mental illness.
This may be the case, but you have to be motivated to do it.
That's all the paraphrasing, right, doctor. Drew?
This is the motivation.
Pinsky: That's right.
It's hard for them to change.
Many times it's like addiction.
Okay, we have a poll today.
We asked if Bill Cosby should defend himself or remain silent.
63% said yes, he should say it out loud. 37 percent no. Remain silent.
My concern is that, in fact, his lawyer won't let him talk because there are so many legal issues around him right now.
Next, thanks to the panel.
Twin competition, attack on boyfriend, okay, I understand, and vibrator.
I don't understand.
We're back after this. (
Business break)
PINSKY: Before we get into the next story, we're just talking about pedophile, people who like to have sex with people who seem to be asleep or unconscious.
Sam has a problem.
Yes, yes. the gentleman who called just now.
He said his former girlfriend agreed to have sex while sleeping.
Don't they wake up?
This is against purpose.
Pinsky: it's actually more complicated than you think.
So, what I'm going to do is explain it all in our after-school program.
At the end of the show, join our Facebook page and I'll get all the bloody details.
A bit more for TV.
So we will do it online.
Now, let's bring Sam, Loni, Vanessa, Judy back.
New story: Heidi klimer was arrested after police said she had attacked her twin sister for vibrator and boyfriend.
It's like a mule.
Vibrator and boyfriend
Sam, do you guess Germany or Florida?
SCHACHER Florida.
Pinsky: Florida. Very well done.
Sam, what else do we know?
Okay, Heidi and Holly. they're twin sisters. they live together. Drew.
Apparently they had a big fight over her boyfriend Heidi's boyfriend and a vibrator.
So Heidi apparently hit her sister, kicked her sister, scratched her sister, and then started taking Holly's stuff from outside their house.
Just then Holly slammed the door and locked her outside, when the police came and picked her up and she was arrested.
Pinsky: I want to know where the vibrator is?
Vanessa, can you understand that someone has become like this? -
Well, if they're just jealous, they go to these extremes?
Isn't that more?
I am confused about the story.
I don't know if I sympathize with them or praise them because on the one hand, these chicks are like 48 years old and they are with the vibrator and boyfriend.
They live together.
My boyfriend lives there.
It's super troublesome there.
Barnett: it might be really interesting.
On the other hand, she punched her sister in a man. So I`m torn. I don`t know.
In a sense, this is very sad.
I just think-
It seems to me that this is an old-fashioned cat war, the girl, the twin sister, trying to get close to her sister's man.
It seems simple to me.
Yes, but do they share a vibrator as well? BARNETT:Ewww! (CROSSTALK)
What do you mean, ew?
This is exactly what their story suggests.
Now, Loni, this is not the first time this woman has been arrested.
She has been arrested at least five times in the past five years.
So something happened here. COOMBS:Yes.
It looks like she's been arrested over and over again for drunk driving and beating.
Interestingly, she has arrested all of these people, but this one who happened to involve the vibrator as well is now on TV to get her.
So there's something--
The others are just batteries. Ha, ha, ha, ha. (LAUGHTER)
Okay, doctor. Drew.
Maybe they all go together.
I just want to say. Call me silly.
But Judy, surprised, surprised, and alcohol is involved. Shocking.
Yes, that's right.
Not shocked at all, doctor. Drew.
Unfortunately, when we see these patterns over and over again, where are the people in her life who are trying to get her help?
She is now beating her sister with a vibrator, who knows whose boyfriend, what's going on?
I don't even know what's going on.
I read a few different news stories saying Holly's boyfriend, Heidi's boyfriend.
Maybe they're two boyfriends.
Maybe that's the problem here.
But doctor.
Drew, what's going on with the twins?
This is not a disrespect for twins.
I have a few friends who are twins.
They lived together for a long time.
The twins I know still live together.
Sometimes when parents raise their children-
It could be a good thing or another way.
This is very relevant to their parents' identity, is it--
Judy used the word "enmeshment.
Judy, why don't you try to explain what it is?
HO: Enmeshment means there is really no clear line in the relationship.
So everything is overlapping, and everyone's treatment is almost the same.
This is often the case with twins and unhealthy parental and child relationships.
PINSKY: when someone else is responsible for the emotions of someone else, you feel something and everyone has to feel bad about it.
I'm a bad twin. Because I`m co-
Although it is dependent;
I can't imagine if I have twins.
Pisky: Judy, come here after the show.
You and I can sit down with Sam. (LAUGHTER)
Pinsky: But, first of all, take a little break before we start this panel. (
Business break)
Come back with Sam, Loni, Vanessa and Judy.
We were talking about a woman and the police said she beat her twin sister because of a vibrator and a boyfriend.
Sam, I 'd like to share with you before we go online to comment ---
I noticed my online review and people were asking about Germany or Florida.
They don't understand the joke.
OK, please explain it in detail.
Yes, I have to elaborate.
Vanessa, don't you understand?
No, I think so.
Pinsky: Well, Adam Karola and I, we 've been doing reality TV shows for many, many years, and whenever something really weird and terrible happens, we notice, it always goes down in Florida or in Germany.
We will challenge. -
People will call and we will go, OK, we don't know where in the world, we always go to Florida or Germany.
We never missed it.
90% of our stories are from Florida.
Pinsky: that's what I said.
This is Florida,
This is a reference for Germany or Florida and I apologize for that.
So give us some comments.
Well, we have a lot of activities on social media.
On Facebook, Kathy Cronk Reinhart wrote, "Eww, buy your own.
There are things you don't share.
Sheila Elizabeth Linda wrote, "it's not surprising that this happened in Florida.
"Look, Drew. (CROSSTALK)
By the way, I like Florida.
I really like Florida.
No offense, just something strange happened below. SCHACHER:OK.
It's something in the water.
Larissa Anne Stweart wrote, "I hope sex toys are OK. " (LAUGHTER)
Judy likes that one. Thanks, Judy.
Loni, let's take a look at her picture.
I was wondering if, as a lawyer, you came to any conclusion from that?
Can you put it up for us? Go ahead, Loni.
You know, doctor.
Drew, I'm glad you noticed that.
Because seriously, you look at these pictures over and over again, you can see this woman, in some pictures she is a lovely woman, but in these pictures, she obviously has some issues, whether it's substance abuse ---
PINSKY: this is substantial, and this usually happens when people engage in seemingly strange behavior.
Judy, support me on this.
But people wear underwear in their mailbox because of a substance. HO:Absolutely.
Yes, the abuse of Asian speed can lead to inhibition, so impulsive behavior, aggressive behavior.
I don't know if there's anything mixed up in alcohol, doctor.
Drew, but if she's had a lot of aggression in the past, would I like to know anything but alcohol?
Binski: doping.
Then you're worried.
Then you worry about history.
If you come from violence, you tend to commit violence as an adult.
Vanessa, do you make sense to do this?
Barnett: of course not.
Pinsky: I saw the doubt on your face.
Barnett: But I wonder if this was the first time she had a spat with her sister?
I know she's been arrested several times.
Does sister also have a history of violence?
Someone should come in and separate them for a minute.
They shouldn't seem to live together.
Pinsky: again, with the establishment of the network, Judy's strength is not normal.
He: That's right.
That's the problem. There's so much history between these sisters.
The competition of identical twins, even if you are really close, will eventually exist because people treat you in some way and make you compete.
Pinsky: OK, please give us the video and then you can watch us at any time.
The next show, called "growing America," starts now.
