A police officer seen in the video is suspected of threatening sexual assault on a trailer.
The man said Wednesday that truck drivers with two pink sex toys should be fired.
Standing outside the detachment, he said that the incident had happened (Mike)
Tirbany said he was saddened by the withdrawal of criminal charges against the official.
"How many times will he escape something like this? " Tirbany said.
"They think they have badges and guns and they can do whatever they want to do to the public because no one believes us, ordinary citizens.
Tirbany, a 46-year-old Toronto native, said the incident took place in a northern region.
On last March, he went to the Ontario Police detachment for fingerprints because he was facing assault charges.
He said he used the spy pen to shoot the video because of a problem with the relevant officials.
The video shows Tirbany having words in Const.
Accuses gero Cafe, who accused Tirbany of having a big mouth and ignoring the law.
The cafe is simply seen with a personality toy in both hands and is recommended for use on Tirbany.
"Which one do you want to use, this one or the other? Ask him at the cafe.

"The driver said Wednesday that he could not understand what he had heard at first because he was very surprised.
But there is no doubt, he says, what the cafe has mastered, or the nature of the threat.
Tirbany, the married father of the three children, claimed he was threatened by sodomy.
"I was shocked.
I didn't expect such a thing to happen.
"After the investigation by the special investigation department of the province, Cafe was charged with threatening to cause physical harm.
Prosecutor Ian brmer confirmed that the charges were dropped on February.
"This is a screening based on the Treasury's official policy on allegations of screening and determining that there is no reasonable prospect of conviction," Bulmer said without details . ".
Cafe could not be reached for comment immediately, but Sgt, a provincial police spokesman, said.
Dave Woodford said the police had been waiting for the criminal charges to be resolved and the complaint watchdog concluded the investigation before investigating the matter.
"It has not yet passed our professional standards department," Woodford said . " He added that internal charges can still be continued if there is a guarantee.
Davin Charney, a lawyer for Tirbany, said the prosecution should continue in view of the video evidence.
"Who would believe that a well-trained policeman would do such a thing?
Charney said at a news conference outside the detachment.
"It made me wonder how many times this incident happened in police stations across Canada, but either there was no report, or if it was, that person wouldn't believe it.
Charney said: "The case highlights the failure of the current system in terms of police accountability, adding that the emergence of Tirbany should be commended.
"Not everyone is openly opposed to the injustice committed by the police.
People are afraid of the police.
"When the video showed him laughing, he said he was just playing together.
"I had to do this because I was in a room that was forced by the two of them and I was afraid of living there.
"Sometimes the audio in the video is not understandable and most of the content is not shown to the police officer.
Almost nothing has happened at a faster pace.
Tirbany, he has an unrelated criminal.
The accident upset him, he said.
He said he gave up the towing business as a result.
"It's too private.
It disturbed me in such a way that I could not work every day.
"Tirbany said he wanted to file a lawsuit against the police alleging sexual assault, intimidation and illegal interference in his business.
He also said that he had complained to the office of the interdependent Police Review Director about the conduct of three police officers, including Cafe, and expected a written report in the coming weeks.
According to the complaint, other officials witnessed the behavior of Cafe but did not report the incident.
