From today on, follow this fool proof plan and you will definitely turn back this summer.
This is important!
Take out your favorite swimsuit or bikini.
Put it on and look at yourself in the mirror.
Write down what you want to change your body and try to imagine what it will look like as these change your body.
Also try to imagine how you feel about yourself after these changes happen.
Take a mental snapshot of what you look like in the mirror and write down what you want to change.
This will be very helpful as you approach the summer.
If you don't like what you see in the mirror, don't be discouraged. Get inspired!
Before you take off your swimsuit, look in your eyes and promise yourself that you will continue to work on making the necessary changes.
The second step begins to exercise.
Don't go crazy here because you will eventually quit.
Sit down with your calendar or schedule and write down your workout day, time and place.
Not all workouts need to be done in the gym.
Your home, local parks, and even local playgrounds are great places to work out.
If you don't exercise, start slowly and gradually accumulate your time and intensity.
If you are working out all the time, start to improve the intensity a little bit.
