Nguyen said she was told that she would replace one of the two women who took care of Higer's sexual needs 24 hours a day.
Nguyen claimed that during the six days he and his family lived in the House of the parish of Jefferson, she was attacked by Siegel.
"I'm a family man and I live with my wife, but she doesn't care if you're my lover," he allegedly told her on a private plane to New Orleans.
She said that when she arrived at home, she was shocked to find that there was no door in her room, only red curtains.

Seagal currently plays in a real-life project "Steven Seagal Lawman" at a & E, which tracks Seagal's enforcement operations.
The actor is the principal agent of the Jefferson Parish in Los Angeles.
A big problem in the case is why Nguyen chose a lawyer instead of a police officer to sue Seagal.
Her lawyer, William Waldo, said at first that she was afraid of the police of Jefferson Parish because Siegel was one of them.
It's not clear why she didn't call the police after she ran away.
Seagal is currently being prosecuted for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking in women's supply, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, illegal dismissal and false representation of employment.
