Abstract: objective to investigate the driving factors for the spread of lymph nodes (LGV)
Cases at the end of 2009 helped control infection.
Methods the prevalence curve of all LGV diagnosis in 2003-mid-year
2012 was drawn and divided into the initial detection period, as well as the pop, growth and hyperpop stages.
Detailed clinical and behavioral data were collected and logistic regression was used to compare diagnostic features in the growth and prevalence stages.
Results from April 2003 to June 2012, 2138 cases of LGV were confirmed.
Enhanced monitoring data were provided for 1370 people, of which 1353 were men who had sex with men (MSM).
98% of men who have sex with men have direct titis, 82% are HIV positive, and 20% are hepatitis C virus (HCV)
The antibody was positive, with 67% people living in London.
Case of growth stage (n=488)
More likely to report sexual contact at sex parties (11% vs 6%, p=0. 014)
Unprotected reception or insertion of oral intercourse (93% vs 86%, p = 0. 001;
92% vs 85%, p = 0. 001)
Sharing sex toys (8% vs 4%; p=0. 011)
And was diagnosed with HIV positive (86% vs 80%; p=0. 014)
Cases of epidemic period (n=423).
Unprotected receptive anal sex is likely to be reported in both stages (71% vs 73%).
After adjustment, cases at the stage of growth are more likely to meet new contacts at sex parties (p=0. 031)
HIV positive (p=0. 045).
Conclusion while the AIDS epidemic is growing rapidly, unprotected sex among the core population is also increasing --positive MSM.
Strive to develop innovative interventions for this difficultyto-
Population needs to be exposed.
