The Admiral and eight other US Navy officers are accused of confidential information about sex trading, staying in luxury hotels and luxury dining worth thousands of dollars.
The officials were accused of corruption and bribery, including the service of prostitutes from Singapore's defense contractor "fat" Leonard Francis in exchange for information that would help his business interests.
Francis reportedly provided 20,000 watches and 1,500 bottles of cognac to the police.
