Ten firefighters spent six hours trying to get off a man's penis after a ring stuck in a sex game.
Staff at Ipswich Hospital in Suffolk called them after they didn't give in.
An initial team at Ipswich East fire station went to the accident and emergency department at 12.

A spokesman for Suffolk's Fire and Rescue Department said the ring was eventually cut off and firefighters returned to their respective stations at 6. 40am.
The spokesman said: "The ambulance service in eastern England asked firefighters to help.
"They went to Ipswich Hospital in the early morning of Saturday morning and removed a big ring from the bottom of a man's penis.
"Finally cut it off with a small piece of cutting equipment.
We cannot provide any other details.
"It is not known if the patient needs further medical assistance.
A spokesman for Ipswich Hospital said she could not provide any details.
The London Fire Brigade has recorded more and more incidents of having to cut off the penis ring in order to improve erection.
According to reports, firefighters in the capital had nine accidents involving the toys in 2016, the same as the total number of accidents in the previous two years.
They also recorded the rescue of 27 people from handcuffs after mistakes during the slavery period.
