Firefighters had to use a grinder to cut a metal penis ring "a few days" after stuck around a man's testicles.
At two o'clock A. M. on Thursday, Ilford's staff were taken to King George's Hospital after the unfortunate man was taken away.
A fireman told Standard companies that they had to use a more commonly used hydraulic "pedal cutter" to cut people on the collision vehicle out of the metal ring.
