When Steve Crowe began building a local erotic empire, he vowed never to lock himself in a dark room with a pseudonym.
He claims that it was this willingness to put his "head on the railing" that put him in trouble.
In April 16, after four of his companies closed down, Crow was banned from running any business for four years.
He was forced to resign as a director and invited brother David to run the company.

Now, the Herald was informed on Sunday that the Department of Economic Development was investigating whether he had violated the Administrative ban.
Anyone convicted of such violations could face up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $200,000.
The Crow is fighting back.
He is considering seeking judicial review and suing the Ministry on grounds of discrimination.
This is the culmination of a lifelong battle with the institution.
"I am an easy target," said the crow . "
"I am a perfect person for them because they will not lose any public sympathy.
"Phil Dai, the department's law enforcement manager, confirmed the investigation.
This was caused by a complaint that was considered to have been raised by David Lane of the Society for the protection of Community Standards.
"I really believe that I wouldn't be banned if I wasn't Steve Crowe, if I wasn't in the adult business," he said . ".
"Daniel Carter just asked a company to owe creditors $1 million.
