Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly has been charged with sexual harassment by a female employee who has a reputation as conservative.
Talking over dinner and over the phone, she was subjected to a variety of sexual harassment, described as lewd, mean and threatening.
O'Reilly, 55, also filed a lawsuit.
It alleges that it was allegedly a victim of harassment, and that 33-year-old Fox co-producer Andrea mcchris threatened to file a lawsuit against him in an attempt to extort money from Fox News stars.
The Smoking Gun first reported charges and counter-charges.
The allegation and a copy of the lawsuit by makris was published on its website.
Mackris's lawsuit says O'Reilly was apparently excited to suggest she buy a vibrator during a phone conversation on August.
Before hanging up, O'Reilly told her, "I appreciate this funny call.
Protesters at the beach shooting in momigiña, Connecticut, interrupted Harris's claim that he had made similar calls.

O'Reilly, in a counterclaim against Chris and her lawyer, Benedict Morelli, said that morreilly had asked for a $60 million "closing fee" to not file a lawsuit.
"As a public figure, I have been threatened a lot," he said . "

O'Reilly's lawyer, Ronald Green, said he believed there were tapes of dialogue between the two and asked the court to force mckenris to present them for public play.
"I know he's not afraid of what's on the tape," Green said . ".
Morelli will not comment on whether there is a recorded telephone conversation.
In addition to asking for money, O'Reilly also accused his plaintiff and her lawyer of trying to embarrass him and Fox News three weeks before the election.
Morelli is a Democratic contributor, he said;
The O'Reilly Factor is particularly popular among the Republican audience.
Morelli said his political contribution had nothing to do with the case.
"When he sued me today, I understood what kind of bully he was," the lawyer said . ".
At a press conference on Wednesday, mcchris sat next to Morelli, but he did not speak and would not answer questions.
Chris mcculis, a former White House intern in Bush's first administration, began working for O'Reilly in April 2000.
Her complaint said that the first time she noticed O'Reilly's strange behavior was in 2002, when the owner of the Fox allegedly urged her to use the vibrator after her engagement.
Mackris's complaint stated that she told O'Reilly that she was not interested in phone sex and that she felt "trapped" after his first inappropriate phone call.
Mr. Green said that Mr. Marchis never complained to anyone at Fox about O'Reilly's bad behavior.
When she returned to Fox earlier this year, O'Reilly agreed to match her pay at CNN, the network said.

Mackris said in her lawsuit that she told O'Reilly that she would only return to Fox if Fox stopped inappropriate conduct.
O'Reilly, she said, told her: "If any woman says a word, I will make her pay such a high price that she hopes she has never been born.
I will take her out of the mud rake and bring things up in her life to make her so miserable that she will be destroyed.
On Wednesday's show, O'Reilly called the case "the most evil thing I 've ever experienced, and I 've seen a lot.
But these people are wrong.
"One of the defendants named in the lawsuit against O'Reilly was Westwood One, which was responsible for distributing his radio program.
Westwood One is managed by Infinity Broadcasting.
