Sex toys based company sued the lawsuit for sharing intimate details claiming that the app collected data on the use of the vibrator, including the date and time of each use and vibration settings, without the user's knowledge.
The lawsuit also transfers data and the user's personal email address to the corporate server in Canada.
According to the terms of the settlement agreement reached last week, monetary rewards will be divided into two groups.

Standard Innovation companies insist that none of the user information collected has been leaked.
Sex toy manufacturers are suing for collecting intimate data about use in an email to CBC News, and a spokesman for the company said on Monday that the company is happy to reach a "fair and reasonable" solution.
"In Standard Innovation, we take customer privacy and data security seriously," said Denny Alexander . ".
"We have enhanced our privacy notice, increased the security of the app, provided customers with more options for sharing their data, and we continue to work with leading privacy and security experts, improve Alexander said.
