In the past few years, there has been a CT infection in men who have sex with men (MSM)group.
The purpose of this study is to describe anal non-
HIV-CT infection of male and Chinese actors
STI clinic in big cities.
Methods retrospective study of anal canal
CT cases diagnosed in Clinique L actuel on 2010.
We collected information such as age at diagnosis, HIV status, CT serum, symptoms, mode of transmission, and accompanying presence of CT in urine.
Collection of anal swab samples with TAAN test (BD probe Tec TM).
Results from 2006 to 2009, we diagnosed 42 cases, 58 cases, 82 cases and 118 cases of anal non-
CT infection in men who have sex with men
At 2010, we diagnosed 154 different types of anal non-
CT infection of 152 gay men
The patient was 33 years old at the time of diagnosis (IQR—25−38)
From 18 to 70 years
HIV + was 28% at diagnosis.
Anal infection is mainly caused by serum J (35%), G (31%), D (23%), E (10%), F (1%)and C (1%).
In HIV patients, the serum is mainly J (46%), D (30%)and G (24%).
But the difference is not statistically significant. Anal non-
At screening in 54% of cases, l ct infection was detected in asymptomatic patients.
7% of men who had sex with men had no symptoms, but consulted them because their sexual partners informed them.
39% symptomsproctitis (26%), urethritis (11%)
Symptoms of other sexually transmitted infections, including initial syphilis and HIV infection (2%).
There is no specific pattern of transmission of anal infection in the patient file, but 88% of patients reported that anal infection was not protected in the past year and 12% did not report anal penetration, but there is mouth to anus contact (rimming)
Or friction from the penis to the anus.
One patient reported that they shared anal toys.
18% of men who had sex with men had positive urine CT and had 2 infected sites.
Conclusion in view of the high rate of positive results, men who have sex with men should be screened through the TAAN test of anal CT infection.
This screening should be included in regular follow-up

The gay community of men should be aware of this new infection.
Public health authorities should focus on developing and promoting new screening guidelines for effective testing by identifying serum.
