Chlamydia and gonoseria are the most common bacterial transmission infections (STIs)in Canada.
However, the prevalence of these sexually transmitted infections, as well as the risk profile of customers participating in public health sexual health services (SH)

Methods female patients who visited Hamilton public health SH clinic from January 2009 to December 2011 were selected as subjects.
A retrospective chart review was conducted.
Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify important risk factors for predicting gonoseria and chlamydia infection by sexually transmitted infections.
Results 2694 charts were extracted from the Hamilton Public Health SH clinic.
The average age of the customer is 24 years old;
50% of customers are under 21 years of age.
Most clients have sex (98%), of whom 147(6%)
Male and female partners, 27 years old (1%)
Only female partners, 2405 (92%)
Only male partners.
Most clients do vaginal surgery (96. 6%)and oral sex (74%). Anal sex, oral-
Anal sex and shared sex toys are not common among people aged 12% and 2.
Clients reporting these practices accounted for 2% and 2% respectively.
More than half of customers reported more than one partner in the past year, 36% reported two or three partners, and 15% reported four or more in the past year.
During the study, the proportion of customers who conducted at least one gonoseria and chlamydia test was 58%.
The overall prevalence of chlamydia and gonoseria was 8% and 1%, respectively.
