Pastor Lucas Coumi, a local church leader from the village of Rang in the Western Highlands, said the entire community would refuse to have the girls under any official investigation.
"After the girls reported the incident to them, the people and leaders of our region went to see the headless body of the father and explained why she had killed her father," Pastor Kumi said . ".
He told the Post that his father was in the middle of him.
In their 40 s, after the mother and two other children went to visit relatives for the night, raped his daughter when they were alone at home.
Father went to her daughter's room at night and raped her repeatedly.
"The father wanted to rape his daughter again in the morning when the young girl picked up the bush knife and cut off her father's head," Pastor Kumi said . ".
"We all agreed that she was free to stay in the community because the father was damn.
The daughter did what she did because of her father's trauma and evil behavior, so we all agreed that she would stay in the community.
The community also agreed not to hold any official funerals for the father.
