MINNEAPOLIS --Twenty-
Nine people have been accused of being in a sex trade gang in which Somali gangs allegedly forced prostitution of girls under the age of 14 in Minnesota, Tennessee, Ohio and other unnamed places, according to the indictment released on Monday.
The indictment is not sealed in the United StatesS.
The district court in the central Tennessee region said that one of the targets of these gangs was to recruit women under the age of 18, including some under the age of 14, and to force them to prostitution in exchange for cash, drugs or other items
According to the indictment, gang members have been plotting to recruit young girls for the sex ring since January 2000.

There's a connection between gangs.
It outlines several examples of young girls being told to have sex for money, marijuana or alcohol.
In a case in 2005,year-
The old girl was taken from Minneapolis to Columbus, Ohio, and had sex with Nashville.
In another case, a girl under the age of 13 was forced to engage in sexual behavior for the first time in November 2006.
Over time, she was taken to multiple places and forced to have sex with multiple men.
The indictment says the girl is Jane Doe.
The Associated Press has not identified victims of sexual offences.

"This is a rule because they are gang members and so will not be charged for having sex with Jane Doe," the indictment said . ".
But others have been prosecuted for having sex with girls.
The girl was also taken to Nashville.
On the way, one of the defendants allegedly made a video of her mobile phone showing that she had sex with others inside her car.
Then he sent the video to others on his mobile phone.
The indictment sets out events involving four victims, but does not state how many people were sold for sex in total as part of the conspiracy.
