This study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of syphilis infection, sexual behavior in men who have sex with men in Campo Grande in central Brazil and in TW, and to identify factors associated with syphilis.
Method 2009 ~ 2011 people were screened for syphilis in 430 gay, bisexual and transgender individuals.
To evaluate the association with syphilis infection, a single-variable and multivariate regression analysis was performed.
As a result, a total of 430 gay/lesbian men (
278 gay men and 152 TW)
