The black market is a huge, unstoppable force, an unlicensed service, an underground river of goods stolen from government stores and coveted items shipped from abroad.
Cuba authorities utmost to stop this behavior; they cannot.

Generations of Cubans forced to make a living in a state have been practicing --
Official wages are severely inadequate, and most forms of private commerce are prohibited from regulated economies.
But Cuba's informal economy is an imperfect market.
Without advertising, it relies heavily on words. of-
Its business activities tend to flourish in small circles.
Among neighbors, colleagues and other trusted acquaintances.
So Revolico. com.
Its name is basically translated into "chaos" and when Havana residents jokingly call it "Cuban eBay", the site is closer to Craigslist.
For Cubans who make a living through the black market, this is a gift.
Like its American cousin, Revolico is a free classified service that offers digital marts for a wide range of goods and services, with titles including housing, sales and classes.
If you have Internet access and you are looking for a golden retriever, a cheap family dog, or the latest episode of the HBO series True Blood, then Revolico is yours
Many of the ads on the site have brought up perfectly legitimate deals in Cuba --
Or at least be tolerated by the authorities.
A user recently posted an advertisement saying he was willing to rent a house at his home in Havana for $30 a night, stressing that he was fully licensed.
Another ad offered a $12 men's Shaver. “GUILLETT (sic)MACH 3 TURBO” —
It is clear that they have not been authorized to sell them, but it may also not attract sellers from the police.
Of course, Revolico is also an information center for more serious illegal activities, including several that may lead to arrest and severe punishment in this country --

A self-proclaimed 24-year-old user wrote: "If you want to reach an agreement to leave the island, send me an email with your contact informationyear-
The Cuban-American old lady traveled to the island to establish a fraudulent marriage.

Other users of the site condemn the site
Not because the service is illegal, but because the price is too high.

The personal list of Revolico attracts lonely hearts and prostitutes.
Many "meet by chance" posts seem to have been created by foreign men arranging female companies on their upcoming Island trip.
Other advertisements provide anatomy supplies and other sex toys that are not sold in Cuban government stores.
But perhaps the most surreal page on the site is an automatic list.

Over the past 60 days, there have been 5 million page views and 100,000 sorted lists per month.
According to United Nations data, if accurate, it would be an impressive number for a country with a bottom-ranking access to the Latin American national network.
