Ed Buck waited 15 minutes to call 911 in second death at his home, coroner’s report says

According to the man\'s autopsy report, the second man who died at the home of West Hollywood democracy donor and activist Ed Barker did not respond at least 15 minutes before anyone called 911.
The Los Angeles County coroner who got the Times on Friday reported that Timothy Dean, 55, died on January 7.

Buck then went to the shower and when he came back he told the deputy that he found Dean to be unresponsive.

Buck\'s lawyer Seymour Ernst said the coroner\'s report was not accurate about the time of the past.
Before Buck left the room, Dean behaved strangely, \"but did not show signs of danger to himself or others,\" Amster said \".
When he came back, Buck saw Dean not responding on the floor, says Amster, \"call 911 right away.
\"When he spoke to 911 on the phone, he was having CPR,\" Amster said . \".
\"The paramedics were being dispatched when he called.
Medical staff announced Dean\'s death at the scene.
Buck reportedly told the sheriff\'s deputy that he didn\'t see Dean taking drugs and that they didn\'t have sex either.
Investigators at the coroner, Brenda Shaffer, wrote that she did not find anything in the apartment that looked like a noose.
Shaffer wrote that she saw Dean\'s body partially lying on a mattress on the floor of Buck\'s living room, with clothes and sex toys scattered on it.
The wall of the living room supports three large mirrors.
Investigators collected 3 sealed glass bottles, 3 syringes and 2 glass tubes.
One of the tubes is covered with meth.
