Georgians can legally carry guns into nightclubs, but without a doctor\'s prescription, people living in a particular city in the state cannot buy sex toys.
Two residents of Georgia are now suing the city for a 2009 decree banning them from buying the equipment without the consent of medical professionals.
Melissa Davenport, 44, suffers from multiple hardening, which affects her nervous system and therefore her sex life.

Marshall Henry, in his 50 s, is an artist who wants to use these devices in his work in addition to sexual behavior, said Henry and Davenport\'s lawyer, Gerry Webb.
The city ordinance announces that any \"device designed or sold primarily to stimulate human genitals is obscene material.
\"For medical, scientific, educational, legislative, judicial or law enforcement purposes, the equipment must be sold, leased or leased in real terms.
Both plaintiffs challenged the state code on several constitutional grounds, including privacy and equal protection.
But neither side demanded compensation.
