A:KISS TOY will get warm to the touch when charging.  This is normal, the housing gets to approximately 40Celcius (100Fahrenheit) when charging.  This is warm for human touch but safe and its actually cool for electronics and plastics which are happy running at much higher temperatures.  The product has been extensively tested by third-party labs in many conditions to ensure it will never get too warm and will be very safe to use.

A:KISS TOY product is rechargeable by standard micro-USB cable which is provided. A standard micro-USB wall adaptor available in most households or a computer with a USB port can be used to charge the unit. Aesthetically, the KISS TOY product unit is designed to fit the charging station in one direction however the device will charge equally well placed in either direction.
When the product is being recharged, the charging base has a blinking LED.
KISS TOY product can be removed and used at any time during the charging cycle. No need to wait!
KISS TOY product uses a “freedom charging technology” that doesn’t tie you down to specific charge cycles. Simply charge it for as long as you would like. Typically overnight is a good length of charging time to give you plenty of use before needing a recharge. The flashing LED on the charger indicates everything is working fine. After a very long period in the charger, the LED will stop flashing.

A:Yes, KISS TOY product is made from a combination of high-quality ABS plastics, medical-grade silicone and high-performance grade thermoplastic.

A:The USB Charger is generally responsible for the problem. If the charger light does not light up when connected to the toy, contact us or your local retailer for a replacement charger. 
The magnetic charging contacts on some toys can be very sensitive, make sure the charging toy has complete and steady contact for the duration of the charge.
Note: The toy will not operate while being charged. Make sure your toy is disconnected from the charger before attempting to turn it on.

A:KISS TOY recommends charging new toys overnight before the first use; starting with a strong charge ensures a long and healthy battery life for your new toy. Lithium memory batteries cannot be over or under-charged after the initial full charge.

A:Clean your toy before and after every use. For best hygiene, give your toy a wash before the first time you use it, just like you’d wash your hands.

A:Silicone toys should never be used with a silicone-based lubricant because the silicone-based gel is very difficult to remove from the toy without leaving any residue. Despite intense cleaning, the toy can become unhygienic. Please use water-based lubricant on our erotic silicone toys.

A:It's possible the cleaning agent is too aggressive. It's best to clean your toy with a toy cleaner or mild soap.
Further, the use of oils and creams such as suntan lotion or sunscreen, lip care products, essential oils, coconut oil, and edible oils of any type can lead to irreparable damage to your toy. Please DO NOT use these products with a KISS TOY toy.
