A:Yes, we could. Sample order is welcome.

A:Generally, samples will be sent to you within 1-7 days according to our stock status.

A:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, Bulk production time needs 5-7 working days.

A:DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for samples. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

A:We can offer free samples if the goods amount Below $50. But shipping cost will be bored by you.

A:There is no minimum order quantity required for the sample order. You can just order the quantity you need.

A:We offer warranty of 12 months after delivery , and 1:1 replacement for defective products.

45.Q:What's your after-sales service?

A:Our products are rarely to have problems. But if it's really happen, please kindly take pictures and videos for us to check if it can be solved at your side.
